I left many voice messages and found it extremely difficult to get updates on my car. Overall it took 6 days to get a new battery and a door latch recall done.

Cole was great. Service was quick and easy. I really wish the service department would offer a solution for the time it takes to get an oil change appointment. I feel a week to two weeks is a little much. A walk in express oil change service would be awesome. Most people won't mind an hour or little longer wait. :)

This is our second time with Roger at the helm of getting it done on our Batmobile. He helped us understand what was involved with the different kinds of services needed. The work needed the full day, and possibly part of the next day, but Roger and the team got the needed part the same day. We were able to take the car home that afternoon. Thanks Roger and team, for a great job, and taking the hassle out of car maintenance, and looking out for us. ????
