I was given a tour of the dealership, so I would know my way to sitting areas as well as the snack bar, the water fridge (with complementary water)the restrooms, etc.They have a great customer service program. Compared to other dealerships I've been to this one by far was the very best.

I had called and spoke with Cole in the am to apprise him of what was happening with my F150. When I arrived in the afternoon after work Cole greeted me and worked my truck into the schedule to correct the problem. I was in and out within the hour. Great job to Cole and the team at Westhills Ford!!!

It's always a pleasure doing business with Bryan. He has a very professional approach to how he treats his customer. He finds ways to exceed their expectations by doing what is requested and adding things that are also going to make a better running vehicle, for a reasonable cost.
