Device mng said my oil would be cleaned up next to my oil filter. My oil filter was loose on my truck. I couldn’t figure out where all the oil was coming from. Finally I checked my truck and I looked down where there is a pan next to my oil filter. That pan was Almosthalf full of oil. I checked my filter and it was loose. Turned 3 rotations to tighten. Took it in . Service mng said it would be cleaned up. Got home opened up the hood. Never cleaned up. Called him up and offered to clean it up if I can come in now. Looks like I will have to clean it up myself. It’s hard to get there on my schedule at this time. Thanks

I had a recall taken care of and a fluttering noise associated to my accelerator was not resolved, but I will bring it back in if the problem persists or gets worse.

Service rep did his best but this turned out to be a big ripoff and more was requested ended up doing it mysel for about a third and like ii told the service rep I got a 130 dollar car as add h from you.

The past few times my boyfriend and i have been to the dealership since bringing our car in for a parts recall notice have been negative. Part of the dash on our car was broken when the mechanic putting everything back together and left it that way, and in same incident neglected to re-hookup our battery terminal which caused starting issues. When addressing the issue of the battery 3 differenr times over 2 days,the parts service phone conversations were complete denial of wrong doing, instead literally telling us we just had a bad battery, when there has not a been a single issue the entire time the car has been owned until bringing it in for the recall and when this was said, the service line replied that was incorrect baswd on their service report. Upon personal insepction my boyfriend and i discovered that the cause was as we claimed, the battery was not properlt hooked up which my boyfriend fixed himself in under t minutes. The response we got after this was immediate apology and offer of a free oil change. We accepted on our 2cd visit, which was for the parts service department to look at the broken part of the underside of the steering column. Responsibility was taken and replacement part was "ordered" and we were told the oil change was done as well. But we then endured MONTHS of attempted xommunication with the service department on if our part had come in yet, and trying to make an appointment to have the dash issue fixed. When we were successful in getting and showing up for the appointment, we learned that apparently the oil change was NOT done last time as promised. But bryan king was very helpful and apologized sincerely for our past troubles and helped us get our car fixed finally after trying to get the issue resolved for over 7 months. We did not recieve the finger blaming accusations and lack of communication issues this time around, and if we had recieved this type of good service from the beginning, would be alot more likely to do business with this dealership. Thank you bryan king for at least making sure our last experience a good one.

I came to have a tire looked at because of the light going on. It takes 2 hours to check the tire and plug the hole? Where is the paperwork? I don't even know what tire was fixed. Then we played a cops and robbers chase to get my keys after I had paid for the work. My first visit was not so impressive.
