My guess is that the shop is doing a great job so The busy level is high which is great except that almost every time that I bring my car in for an oil change it takes 2 & 1/2 hours or more and that is only oil no rotating tires or anything. It seems a bit excessive to take 2 & 1/2 hours and that it is turning out to be normal ever time I come in for an oil change. It seems that a better plan/time schedule for work is needed as other customers that I heard talking had the same complaints that the change to West Hills has been not as pleasant as hoped for customers.

Very happy with professionalism displayed by Mr. Thompson and intend to give him all the highest marks on the survey. Someone should mention to Mr King (two service desks away) that talking loudly on the phone and dropping f-bombs several times, with customers present, is not the best practice in a place of business. Mr. Thompson even apologized for Mr. King to me.

The crew was purposely under staffed on a very busy Monday. Not their fault, but it took them 7 hours to replace two airbags for a recall. Other clients were also voicing their concern over mismanagement of time and priorities.

Cole Thompson was fine. Brian was not. The problem with my 2016 Ford Escape was not resolved. I will be taking my vehicle to Poet Orchard dealership next week as they seemed eager to resolve my stalling issue. I will be calling the Ford Company on Monday to voice my concerns about your pdealership.
