We scheduled an oil change. My wife delivered the vehicle and then waited for over two hours to have the oil change completed. This seems excessive for an oil change. I realize that there are other services performed during the oil change, and that is appreciated. What is unsatisfying about the service is that there was no indication given to my wife that it would be a two hour wait. When my wife asked, after an hour and a half, the service employee she asked was dismissive to her. At two hours, she asked again, to a different person, and was only told they were bringing the car around. When she tried to explain to them that she should have been told it would be two hours, since we left our two year old with a babysitter for an expected one hour, he seemed more interested in getting her out of the shop than answering her concerns, or even offering an apology. In essence, your customer service was lacking. We understand that service can take time, but if your are short staffed and a stall is closed, as were the excuses my wife was given, then adjust your time estimates appropriately. We will more than happily adjust our plans. We are understanding people. We are not customers who want to be treated dismissively or flippantly. We purchased our vehicle from you partly based on the services that came with the vehicle. We don’t want to regret that. In addition, in the past I have made appointments for our vehicle to be serviced. On both occasions, I arrived 10 minutes before my appointments and had to wait almost ten minutes beyond my appointment to be seen. Both times because I was waiting behind someone who had ‘walked-in’. This was not the case yesterday for my wife, but I wanted to address it. I would expect that someone who took the time to schedule service would be respected enough to have their appointment honored. Thank you for your time.

It would be a way better experience coming to your service department if there was a designated person to greet you. As it is usually all your service representatives are busy with customers and you just kind of awkwardly stand around looking for someone to acknowledge that you are there!!!
