Chris was great! I was frustrated that my warranty only covers broken audio parts not broken audio updates. Since I purchased the truck less than a year ago, I found it odd that my audio was 3 updates behind. However, as soon as I left the problem reoccured, so I will be back to have it looked at again.

While I had to wait at the dealership for over 5 hours to get my key fob replaced, Roger was truly a pleasure to work with. He kept me up to speed on what was going on and made sure I was as comfortable as possible while waiting. The wait was not his or the dealership’s fault, but rather a result of a system being down on the entire Ford network. Thank you, Roger!

They took great care of us. They were very open with what was happening, what the next steps were, and letting us know when our car was ready for pickup. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

My oil change took over two hours. I had to find my service advisor to receive an update after waiting over an hour. I was compensated and had a discounted rate, but in future would like to be communicated with if things are running behind before having to find someone to give me an update.

Received a quote for new keys over the phone ...then when I showed up Chris Waggoner said they were $574....he also proceeded to tell me that he signed my OWN NAME on a document I needed to be there to witness/read and sign.....I'm beyond dissatisfied with Chris. Then your service dept manager or the big manager or Ford contacted us and decided to knock off the price of one of the keys...and made it more affordable for us and we were able to get my car. I thanks the manager of the service dept.
