Cole was great. Just wish the mechanic had known that Cole was my service advisor on May 14 so he would not have had to run all over trying to find some info for me when I called with a question after I got home. Turned out, the mechanic gave the info to Stacy, thinking she had been my advisor! So I really appreciated Cole running down the answer to my question.
