I understand they ordered the wrong part for our car but they quickly redeemed themselves by getting us in the next day first thing in the morning.We were in anx out in less than 2 hrs. Thank you for your great service!

Service isn't the same. No real care went into my car service experience. Example poor vacuuming. Also it's sad no car washing done on site.

Great service everytime I have been in. I would suggest that they have a way to look up warranty info. I have a full tire warranty and still went ahead and paid for the tire repair.

Bryan is always a delight to work with. And I know he will be certain that whatever the mechanic did to cause the defrost/air fan in my 2013 Mazda to quit working after he'd installed a cabin air filter on 5-17-18, things will be reconnected and working again, then he'll have me on my way once more as quickly as he can. Bryan, like Jody and John and Ken before him, has always done so well by me. I always enjoy seeing him at West Hills.
