Three hours were required to accomplish an oil change but that seems to been the result of some confusion concerning a recall notice related to airbags. A little disappointed there.

I think Chris meant well, but he had difficulty remembering me and the nature of the car's issue in the beginning, our discussions about a rental car, etc. And he had no appreciation of the nature of problem or what was required to fix the issue until virtually the end of the process. I would like to be assigned to a different service rep in the event there are future problems with either of our cars.
