Stacie was professional and organized. My appointment was on a Monday and it seemed like a typical Monday where issues were already happening before 9am. Stacie still got me in a little earlier than scheduled was polite and courteous. The work was completed in a timely manner and Stacie had me on my way ready to continue my day. Great attitude ????

Upon dropping my vehicle off this morning at 9 AM I had asked for a shuttle and waited for nearly an hour. I had been told that a shuttle would be available not realizing it would take an hour. I do appreciate the service of the shuttle just would have been nice to know that there would be a lengthy wait. After my car had been at the service area all day at 4 o’clock attempted to reach the service department call number one was disconnected, call number two went to voicemail I left a message waited sbout 30 minutes and did not receive a return call, call number three left a voice message again and then received a call at about 4:50 letting me know that my car had been completed. I had hoped that someone would have returned my call To let me know what was going on with my car or had let me know the status during the day. This was my first experience with the dealership in the service department.

I was very surprised when the bill was around $300 more than expected. However, I was happy that the manager came partway on price for me. I will chock this up to communication on both sides. I'll be more careful to ask for specific estimates in the future. Wasn't expecting the need here. Also I am alarmed that the brake work was needed when I had had over $3000 in brake work just two years ago. The difficulty in getting parts is also alarming, this time and the last vusit, and for that reason alone I doubt I'd ever buy a Ford again.

Chris was great. I had a recall on my work vehicle and had to use a day off to get it repaired. Your team did a great job taking care of me and the shuttle driver was awesome. I was able to get things done and the repair was also completed faster than anticipated. Thanks guys!!

Need better entertainment, food vouchers etc. Wait times are painfully slow and I never seem to get out earlier than promised. Perhaps a rental car or shuttle to do errands would improve waiting?
