Cole was very professional and polite. I will request him in the future. I do have one question not related to Cole. It is on the price. I paid for this servicing on the Edge to save a covered servicing for the end of my agreement. It ended up being almost $114.00. I had my truck serviced last month with the same Works Package and it was only $72.00. Just wondering why the huge difference. I did have the front camera reprogrammed on the Edge but that should have free since it was not properly programmed when I had it replaced a few months ago. We ask to have only the oil changed and your team changed the air pressure in the tires. Les Schwab are the ones who put the tires on and I consider them professionals when it comes to tires. Your team reduced the air pressure from 36 to 32 and they were originally 35. They were hot from driving there which can increase air pressure by about one pound. If I am to continue using your service I expect your business to do as I request and if you see something that appears wrong to ask if we want you to check it out.

I think $80 is a bit pricey for 5 quarts of synthetic oil and a filter. I will shop around before the next oil change. I liked the car being washed afterwards (at the dealership), instead of a coupon for somewhere else. On the positive side of things, the people and the service performed is excellent. The free coffee is appreciated and tastes great!
