Initial reception was less than appropriate, parts were not on hand to expidite work, and a problem with one portions of service existed that necessitated my return after leaving.

First, they did the wrong car and not my car. Only after waiting a few hours and then questioning if my car was finished did I find this out. There should be some oversight perhaps using the license plate number to identify which car should receive what service. Also, the maintenance checklist did not find that my back left turn light was out. I am very disappointed with your service department because if they do bad service for everyone like I experienced, I don't think anyone would want to do buy another Ford. I certainly don't. I believe your Honda dealer does a much better job servicing vehicles. At least friends who own Hondas and have them serviced with your complex are satisfied.

My car window tint was not as dark as I can get Wich is 25% but you guys gave me 35% plus the window tint has bubles on it and looks bad I'm disappointed with my experience today it was good when I got my car from you guys but now I'm disappointed
