Every other dealership I have been to washes and vacuums when brought in for service. There was still paper and plastic from the techs in the car also. Otherwise ok
First time in a long time I was happy.
Stacie is absolutely wonderful!! She keeps me posted on the repairs to be completed on my 2012 Dodge Charger. What a great asset she is to West Hills.
Due to some other unexpected obligations, we arrived at West Hills an hour earlier than our appointed time. We explained our situation and asked if they could take us earlier. Cole was very friendly, professional, and customer service oriented. He arranged to take us right away,explained the process and an hour later our issue was resolved and we were on our way.
Was told my appt would be a little over an hour to 1 1/2. Appt took 2 1/2 - 3
but will be credited 1 hr upon return.
You need more people on duty, was very busy and had to wait too long for final review and chk out.
Cole did fine but short handed.

I waited two hours for the rep to tell me that they couldn't find my new key fob and that I would have to come back. Instead of trying to locate it first, they erased my old key, then tried to find the new key at the parts counter and had to reprogram my old key. I wasted two hours in the lobby with no communication that there was an issue and now I have to come back again.
The service I received from Stacie Harris at my last visit was wonderful. She was attentive caring and make sure the job was done completely and correctly. However I am still having problems with my vehicle electronic system. The stereo turns on and off by itself and my auto garage door/entry gate opener works periodically this is not a result of Stacie,s service.
Chris was very personable and precise. Appreciated his fufilment of his procedures he stated e.g. calling promptly when service is done. His knowledge was also spot on. Great service by him.
Honestly, the customer service representatives were friendly and helpful.. Unfortunately, not all my parts were ordered correctly. The service took over and hour and twenty minutes to check me out after the work was done. The part that they forgot to order was supposed to be here today but no one called to let me know if it was in. I feel there were definitely gaps in communication and services rendered. I will wait to see how this is corrected.
I was told 70 min to get the keys made and it took 2 hours. I was quoted $160 a key, invoiced $180. The associate corrected the price to $160 after I asked about the price difference. Why doesn’t the customer service attendent not have real time prices when you check in? How could parts prices change during the work?

The staff seemed to do the best they could with what they had but I believe they are incredibly understaffed. Communication was lacking and service with in the store was not to my satisfaction. We went in to pick up financing paperwork and waited an hour before we had to leave due to work and only having one vehicle. They had said they couldn’t find the paperwork but then when we had to leave they said they had it. I think Chris was truly trying to do his best but it seemed as though the whole week we had to try and get in touch with them he was the only one working in service. It seems upper management should be on the ball to get the man some help.

From the gals serving coffee to the fellow who coordinated my car's service, I was happy with my experience. Even my two Labs felt welcomed.
