Overall satisfied but a bit surprised that it costs $100.00+ for oil change and tire rotation. And that was after Senior discount!!

Cole is a very busy guy, but he dedicates the time to give the impression that I'm his only customer. An example of this is hunting down the extended warranty paperwork from the sales dept, and coming up with an action plan on how to fold in the service next week after he gets a hold of them on Monday.

The vehicle was dropped off on Sunday and picked up on Friday. I did not receive any status updates, left voice mail twice without a call back, and spoke to the advisor on Friday with a question for the mechanic and never received a callback. I drove down to pickup the vehicle without knowing if it was ready because I could not get through to an advisor. The service was not thoroughly explained at pickup other than to inform me that a seat belt was ordered. Upon arrival home, I discovered that an oil change was completed and the tires rotated without a request. However, I was not charged which is good. The tires had recently been rotated and balanced so they have to be rotated back to the original position to prevent uneven wear.

Overall a very frustrating experience, though I do appreciate the service recovery on the part of Jon and Chris. If anything, I hope that my experience becomes a valuable training lesson in customer service for your team. It never hurts to over-communicate.

I went in today for an oil change.The computers were down yet Stacie did her best to get the oil change done. I was charge around 50 bucks which I thought was the price for the full service, which I am not sure I recieved.

Only comment is for service techs, when rotating tires please double check air pressure to ensure low tire light will not come on. Service advisors were very helpful and friendly.

We were very pleased with our service appointment, cole was informative and helpful. Very friendly and professional. We need to have additional work done on the car and Cole Will call when parts arrive and arrange a future appointment. We have been and continue to be pleased with our service.

She is very personable. She is always looking up a question or an option for the customer. I enjoy bringing my car in and dealing with her. I feel I am being well cared for.
