I was confused by how long the service took this time - not the usual case.i had oil change service, tire rotation and a check on the sporadic emissions symbol. I spent almost exactly three hours waiting. After two hours I went into the service bay to ask for my status. I had to ask for a service advisor after waiting, then Cole came and asked me about the emissions light again, then he went to check and twenty minutes later returned to tell me the were checking on the sensor light. He said it should be just a few minutes. A half hour hour later I checked out. As I stated first this is not what I have learned to expect. I’m hoping that all that time and the subsequent labor charges were all necessary. I’m not one to complain but you asked and hopefully can improve from my experience. Thanks for the opportunity.

Dealing with Bryan today was excellent. However, I am very disappointed with settting up this appointment. I brought my car in for service and was told 8 would be contacted to set up another appointment when the necessary part 2as received. I was told it would 5ake a couple of days. Three weeks, or more, later I had not been contacted so I called about the part. It was already in. The soonest I could get in was another three weeks. Way too long a wait, I believe. I would like to know why I wasn't called to schedule the second appointment in a more timely manner. Why did I have to call you? And how long would I have had to wait for you to contact me?

I've had good service experiences with you. My one minor complaint is that I usually bring my work while I'm waiting for my car to be done, and I find the volume of the music you play to be a hindrance. I'm a kid of the 80s, so no problem with the 80s rock you were playing the other day--just seemed a bit loud.

The sales representative was friendly and informative, however I arrived at 10:05am for a schedule diagnostic and left around 1:15pm. Over three hours to tell me that the light was for a 36,000 mile service alert.

Stacie handled the process great. She was very kind. I felt well taken care of. Much better than my last experience about a month ago to which I almost took my car to a different Mazda provider as I was so displeased. But after today Stacie and Kurt have renewed my faith in your dealership and service.

after 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation, (I was the first appointment for the day) the low tire pressure light was still on, when I spoke with the rep, he brought out the mechanic, the mechanic took the truck and brought it back, then told me it was fine, just drive it for 2 minutes at 35mph. an hour drive home on the highway, it is still on. this is the same type of service I have been getting from your company since I tried to buy the truck from you (I went elsewhere for purchase after my experience) I will be finding a new place for service

I find it odd that my paperwork said the employee went over the results with the customer. I was just given my paperwork and keys so nothing was gone over w me. There were two items that it would've be nice to have been told about it not read about by myself. I am consistently not pleased with the service dept. I have other friends that i have recommended to buy cars there and the one thing we all have in common is service department being sub-par. Very disappointed customer.
