Horrible communication. Service managers said they would call me to let me know vehicle status following inspection, never received any calls. Tried contacting Bryan and only got voicemail with no return calls. Finally had to have receptionist hand a note to him to have him call me. This happened Thursday and on Friday when I get as trying to pay my bill. Very frustrating.

Cole did a great job. However, the body shop's attempt at paintless dent repair has left some damage to the paint that needs to be dealt with and repaired. Waiting to see how that is going to be dealt with...

When I dropped it off I waited 20 minutes for a representative to help me. When I picked it up it was almost 15 minutes before anyone was able to help. You need to hire more service advisors.

Chris Waggoner was an awesome Service Advisor on my service. He was friendly, competent, realistic and a great person to work with. I bought my truck from Parr Ford and have worked with several advisors over the years but I’ve really enjoyed working with Chris. Try not to let this guy go - as this job discipline usually goes. Thanks for the awesome service!!!

Went above his duties to allow me to look at wiring schematics for my truck so that I did not wire the clearance lights to the wrong wire. Was fast to get me in and willing to go the extra mile
