We understood why repairs took so long but were frustrated until communications improved. Computer turned out to need reprogramming and Chris redeemed himself by getting that taken care of without delay.

Everyone went above and beyond to take care of us from our salesman to Jeremy to accommodate picking up my wife at Winco and getting my ice and cold groceries back in my cooler in the truck bed while mid service. Amazed at the response and service. Will refer all my friends here in Lakeland.

Bryan put his best foot forward and went the extra mile. I had many small issues my car and he did a great job explaining everything in detail to me. He gave me great advice. I will be going back for any future issues.

I am not sure what can be done, but for the $300 I paid for the detailing it should have been more than a wash and tire dressing. The wheel wells were not washed properly, areas of the interior were not wiped let alone detailed, the paint does not appear to have even been waxed or buffed which I thought was part of any detail package. All of this was pointed out to the service representative at the time I took possession of my truck

Bryan was awesome to work with, he was concerned about my safety because my tires were bad, I ended up buying the tires and I am glad I did. Bryan also made sure I had a ride to the mall while I waited as well as making sure I had a ride back to the dealership. He kept me informed about my vehicle....It was a pleasant experience, he truly knows the meaning of customer service. If I wasn’t moving out of state I would bring my car in every week just to see him!!! ???? Thanks Bryan! Michele M

I felt that your service representative Cole handled an uncomfortable situation with professionalism, knowledge, thoughtfulness, while he was dealing with the boundaries placed on him by your procedures. I have always been happy with our service from your department. I am planning to schedule an appointment in the future to have more extensive work done. My expectations were to have my car done in a day or possibly a day and a half. When I was told that it would take at least 16 hours and possibly into the next week I was disappointed. Call was very patient with me. And assured me that a rental car would be available. I do understand the procedure of handling short term service for people who are waiting in the waiting room. And putting them are extensive service aside for a time. Did not make me happy though. I did understand that you had a Mazda team, more than one person who could handle more than one service at a time. I think Cole is a very valuable employee, I will be back in August For completion of our very expensive service.

The last time I had my oil changed at the beginning of June your service people failed to mention that I needed a break job . Now what could’ve been a simple brake job has turned into a brake job caliper and rotor job . So when your service manager refuses to admit this and wants to blame it on the vehicle instead of on his staff I refuse to allow them to work on my vehicle . Just to be clear we were shopping for another vehicle and we won’t be doing that at West Hills !

Excellent service as usual. Probably could have been told that the bumper needed to come off to replace a headlight. Sat an hour before they figured it out! No problem, got a ride home and ride back with a great driver.
