It took 2 hrs for a simple oil change and a tire rotation. To add to it, they put an extra court of oil. My truck takes 7 of 5w20. I got 8. Not sure what specs the techs are looking at but I worked at ford in NC last year for two years and worked on diesels in the military before that and that’s not the right amount. It should only talk at most 45 min, but I expected an hour at most.

I had an appt for 930 for oil change and a recall item. I was told maybe 4hrs work total...I wasn't able to get through to service advisors on phone after several calls. Always went to voicemail. I didn't get van back until 500pm! I will not cone back to this ford service EVER

I have a linclon and am used to much better service. No only do I generally get a loaner they wash am's care for my car in a reasonable amount of time. I made an appointment a f waited couple of weeks to getry a Saturday appointment and it took two hours. Needst was updated about why it was taking so long and had to go find out what was going on. He even asked about it being my first time there. Sub par service and certainly will not even consider getting another linclon or ford product while I live here because I would have no other choice for service
