I was very happy with my experience and would like to thank Brenda for all her help. She made my experience excellent!
Simple routine service took almost 2 hours, no updates from service staff until I sought someone out after more than an hour, no one answered my questions about the status of the air filters until i specifically asked I (and i had asked for this specially when i checked in). When finally complete, still had errors and missing information, and had to check with mechanics two separate times. Asked question about my warranties, since we are moving out of state and no answers to my questions. Please have someone call who can answer my questions about our extended service we purchased with the vehicle.
Pretty sure this is the second happiest place on earth (Disneyland remains first). Every employee there is always happy and smiling! Thank you!!!

It was hard to get ahold of a person to find out status on my truck. Brenda was my contact person and I talked with her once. After calling and leaving numerous messages for 3 days with no response, I called the front and ask to talk with someone else. I do not call that good service.
Kelsi provided GREAT customer service. I was really impressed with her ability to get the process completed . She really me me feel as a valued customer. I have deal with a variety of service representatives throughout my years of service at this facility and she is the best! Great job!
Was not informed at time of service request that WH policy is that they would need my vehicle for 4-5 hours to check my concerns. Also WH database was not current with my prepaid service package. However, my Service Rep was very professional. My frustration is with WH, NOT the Service Rep. Additionally, during purchase of my vehicle I was "convinced" to purchase the Protection Permaplate Package. While already being denied by them for a claim on my exterior finish I find that no where in your establishment do you show or advertise this "value add" benefit anymore. No longer a product or company you want to offer? Just found it curious after I further researched the company and product to find they have a POOR rating. Not sure I am getting a total fair deal from WH at this time. But, I do like my truck. Not sure buying outside my locale was such a good idea. Thanks for asking.

Parts ordered on 07/23/2018 warranty item. Was told 1 week for parts. Still have not received a call back despite leaving numerous voice messages...now 44 days! Does anybody work there???
Although a little bit late completion of the maintenance job as to what is expected, I am ease and satisfied with the service representative.
Chris was polite and professional. He handled what was an unhappy situation in a way that made it easier for me, explaining options and helping me make what I determined was the best choice under the circumstances, arranging transportation for me and keeping me informed of what was happening with my truck.
