He was there to great me when I arrived. He knew what the vehicle needed to have done, explained what was going to happen and how long it would probably take, and came and found me when the work was done, which was just has he predicted. Well done!

The price for an oil change is $10-15 dollars higher at your place, compared to other Mazda dealers Unless prices change will not come back for oil changes or any other service

Great service. I should have asked to see the recall repairs prior to leaving to see exactly what was accomplished/replaced. All in all completely satisfied.

The service on the actual car. My sister brought in my car for me to get an oil change. Granted, she was about 5 minutes or so late for the appointment, but it took them roughly 2 hours for an oil change when it's normally an hour turn around time. I was the first appointment at 8 so I'm not sure what the hold up was. Also I have free oil changes on my account and they charged my sister for the oild change at first. I had to call and point that out. I had to call twice and had to wait for 10 minutes for someone to answer the phone. They lady did refund my sister for the oil change so I do appreciate that at least and she didn't hassle me. She just stated that nobody noted it so she didn't know. I usually have a really good experience here but today was a little much.

I came I. To have the catalytic converter replaced based on diagnostics from a reputable mechanic on the island. I was told it was under warranty so have it repaired at ford. I understand you have to run your own diagnostics but you could have had the part ready based on my information. Now not only would they provide a free rental car, I now need to spend another day in Bremerton.
