Colin may had not been the most knowledgeable about my truck, he did find the answers and get back to me in a reasonable time for all my questions. i did appreciate he did not say things to make me feel good and later come up with reasons why what he said did not happen.

I asked that my tires not be rotated (they had been rotated a week earlier by the tire store where I purchased them). When I got home today (I’m an hour away from Bremerton) I noticed that my service report showed my tires had been rotated...thus undoing the previous rotation. I had made a point of asking the service representative to note that I didn’t want the tires rotated. I thought he had written this request down! Wrong. Now I need to figure out how to undo this mistake.

Tires were rotated today. About 20 minutes after leaving, and on the freeway, the Tire Pressure Warning Light chimed and came on. Not really confident that was not a problem I found a place to pull off and park. Got out the manual and after some searching found the directions to turn the warning light off. Tomorrow I will have to drive into Port Townsend to the local tire store and have the pressure checked. I would expect your mechanics to know to turn off the warning light if they were sure the pressure was correct

I received excellent customer service from Brenda, the outstanding customer service specialist who is not only competent to the extreme, but amazingly personable and genuine, from George the very likable shuttle driver, and from the unnamed technicians who left my auto neat, clean, and in much better working order than when I initially brought her in to visit. Thank you West Hills, I will continue to bring my vehicles to you and brag about your superiority!

It took quite a long time for a simple oil change but apparently the service dept was understaffed. The staff who were there were very professional and apologetic, otherwise I would have been upset and NOT satisfied.

Brian was awesome he gave me quotes for tires. It's awesome I love the way the dealership has really changed the customer service in the service department. We come in for oil changes awesome great job. And have had other work done on my husband's truck to, awesome job great we can actually find the employees for questions it's nice. And we get our questions answered. Thank you thank you thank you we truly appreciate that awesome customer service
