My appointment was not entered accurately and my information was not readily available. I told them that I would be there to pick up my truck at 2:30 and was told that it would be ready. When my ride dropped me off to pick up my truck I was told they were still working on it. I had two major deadlines to meet on the 25th, report to department of revenue my monthly revenue for August and to enter my payroll data to make sure my employee s got paid on time. I was there at 7:30 to drop off my truck but it was apparent that they did not start work on my truck until much later. I was offered a shuttle to my house so I could meet my deadlines and a return ride to get my truck. Then I was told that I live to far away so no return trip would be available and I would have to find my own ride back. In the end I opted to stay and wait for the truck to be done. When it was time to finalize the work order they could not find my work order in the system again. After 15 minutes they finally found my information again! When I went over the work order it said that there was nothing wrong with my trucks sync system because the mechanic was able to sync his phone. No further explanation was give. I found that to be unexceptionable and ask for him to come out and explain in more detail. After 20 minutes of conversation and further investigation he gave me a solution to the issue. Fords sync system ****, when I updated my phone Ford would not recognize the new phone! My Toyota is 9 years old and can recognize our new phones without any problems. The mechanic gave me a work around solution but needless to say I am shocked that my sync system is already obsolete! My truck is a 2015! Really? Needless to say I’m not impressed with the service and really disappointed in Fords sync system.

I was very satisfied about every aspect of my service at your facility. I will offer only one observation that gave me pause, and that was that Fox “News” appeared to be the only option for TV in your waiting area. That station is highly objectionable and well recognized for a consistent level of purposeful misinformation and outright lies, and has no place in a service business environment.

We took the vehicle in to have the digital shield put on and have a have a warning light checked. We left the vehicle with them for 24 hours, but they never checked the warning light. Kinda frustrating.

Collin was great, as was Chris Waggoner... but even though I had my car in the shop at the scheduled 11am time, the mechanics didn’t say what the problem was until nearly 5pm. To run diagnostics to identify Error P2119 (throttle body issue) and then replace the defective part(s) should not have taken 7 hours. I suspect that the mechanics didn’t devote those 7 hours exclusively to solving/fixing my car’s problems. However, I myself had to wait all that time- and consequentially I missed a family funeral. Collin & Chris are good customer service agents for West Hills Ford... your mechanics, however, need improvement in time management. Thank you, Catherine R

Always enjoy working with Cole Thompson. I just told him that we had to stop meeting like this. The car is fixed and hopefully will last for another 10 years. We love our Mazda MPV.
