I don’t need any follow up, because my service advisor, Collin did his best to keep me informed about the service being done on my vehicle. My only frustration is that I brought my car into West Hills on September 19 and work was finished on October 1. I was lucky that I was able to find alternative transportation, but such a long period of time felt excessive for the work being done.

Stacie was nice. However I did call several time to check up on my truck an never got a call back. I had to go to the dealer to find out what was going on with my truck. My delivery date moved about 5 times. If indeed my truck is fixed it will be all worth it. Stacy is very busy and was always kind to me. Thanks for fixing my truck. I need to drive it more to see if there are any more leaks. As of now it appears to be fixed. I'm so happy I really need my truck, V/R James S

The person that did the paper work (didn't get her name, but she loves pink) was great; very friendly and took me through all the steps. Service was quick and complete. Not related to service - all us customers had to either listen to the garbage CNN news on the TV or wonder around looking at the cars or other things in the building. One of the people asked to have the channel changed, but the response was "someone upstairs controls the TV".

I brought my car in and identified the items I wanted fix, and I do not understand whyour it took $262.00 worth of labor to verify what I had already pointed out to the service advisor? Also, how come that amount i's not rolled into the repairs since I am also getting that work done? I was charged $up to 135.00 (for an hours worth of time/labor) for a possible leak that is suppose to be discovered on the multi-point inspection. Also, I had an issue with the shuttle service, where 2 shuttles had picked up passengers before I was able to be picked up and taken home. I had to have the service advisor call again and the front desk worker also went back and commented on the fact that two shuttleseparate came and went while I was still sitting there. Collin, my service advisor did address the situation with the shuttle service and apologized which I thanked him for! -Eldridge Invoice #742195

So much better experience than when West Hills first took over. We were 1 more bad experience from taking our business elsewhere. Thank you for " rolling out the red carpet" again. You have regained out dedication and loyalty.
