Kelsi helped me out. I came in at 7:30 without an appointment but was able to squeeze me in. Next time I will do the appropriate thing and make that appointment but she was awesome.

Very disappointed. I had an 11am appointment. My vehicle was not pulled into the service bay until 1pm. Finally finished at 3pm. I had to race home to Poulsbo to be at the school bus stop before the bus arrived. Everything I had planned to do in the afternoon had to be pushed to another day and time because I sat around at the dealership for 5 hours.

Chris has never disappointed me yet. His professionalism is too be complimented. I met Mark the technician who has actually done the work on my care. Mark is also too be complimented for all he has done on my car too this point. They are my go too team.Tks guys.

First appointment with you on the 11th of September Fords servers were down. Problem could not be diagnosed. 2nd trip to you my problem was diagnosed but part had to be ordered. Part finally came in and the earliest appointment available was 4 Oct at 7:30AM. I dropped of my vehicle on the 3rd. I got a text around 2PM on the 4th stating you were busy. Got my truck at 6PM. WHY did I schedule an appointment?

Oil change and tire rotation. Took 2 hours and 40 minutes. People were very nice and apologetic but we just don’t have that kind of time!

It was my first visit to West Hills Ford -Mazda. From the moment I arrived, all preparations and details were professionally handled. Kelsi was kind and accommodating. One observation: I had trouble locating the facility. I did not know where to take my car once I arrived.
