I explained to Colin that I had to be out in 1.5 hours as I had a last minute vet appointment for my dog who woke up not feeling well. He did everything he could to get me out on time. It took 1 hour and 40 minutes, but I was only a few minutes late to the appointment. I really appreciate the consideration and effort he put into making sure I made it to the vet one time.

Brenda gave great customer service. When y’all seemed busy and honestly didn’t need another vehicle over the weekend I was still greeted and helped with a friendly smile. My car broke down Friday and I was told it wasn’t going to be able to be looked at until Tuesday (which I totally understood and was okay with). Brenda said she would keep me updated and do her best to get it checked out and that they will try and get me fair prices. I got a call Saturday morning that they were able to get started on my car. Not only did I get a call but Brenda went out of her way on her off day to make sure I was informed and could get my car fixed as soon as possible now that the problem was known. In this expensive and stressful process with my car breaking down I was extremely satisfied with my service at West Hills thanks to Brenda I will be happy to continue to return to get service at West Hills!

Bryan is awesome!!! Very thorough in explaining stuff and strives to make customers happy ....felt bad he had to go out in the rain to grab my truck with no hat tho...but he didn't even complain....thanks Bryan!!!
