Bryan provided updates on various tasks and problems that were discovered while my explorer was having routine maintenance. He answered my questions which allowed me to make decisions based on how I use my car. Completely satisfied. Car is driving great!

This was my first visit as I just arrived in the area. Being from the south I wasn’t sure what to expect due to the stories many tell, however the warm welcome Mrs. Brenda provided speaks volume to the culture West Hills encourages. It felt like HOME the minute I entered!!! The quick service and detailed inspection left no doubts that my vehicle was taken care of properly. Thank you.

Cole was very friendly and concerned over some dash lights we had previously mentioned in earlier services. The most annoying was a Headlight LED warning light that kept flashing. Turns out the headlights were never calibrated when we first purchased the vehicle in 2017. Cole made sure this problem was fixed and the light has gone away.

Frankly speaking the experience over a three week period was quite frustrating. After leaving three messages to speak with someone, no one ever called back. Stacie was charming and sympathetic to my being annoyed. I did receive $100. Credit however that pales to my wasted time. The recalls I came in for, were Unnecessary, as I found out later. Ultimately I did receive the service I needed, yet it felt a bit underwhelming. I showed up for my 0830 appointment and my truck sat untouched until after 10am. My time is valuable, and it was wasted.
