On the intermediate service it specifically says to check for tire inflation. However immediately after receiving my truck back it warned of improper inflation on the both rear tires, both were registering at 58 or 59PSI. I thought this was supposed to be checked....Also, my DEF is still at half empty and it shows on our receipt that fluids were topped off.

Colin was good. However I brought my car in only for fixing a key fob. But I was there for more than 3 hours and the mechanic was not able to reprogram a new key. I was then asked to come back.

I do not recall the individual cited on this form. I received considerably lower trade in value than I was led to believe I would get. Which in turn made the new car cost much more than I anticipated. But I was basically in a position where I had little. I able options other than to take what I got. That kind of situation almost always leaves someone feeling bad-when one has very little choice but to take something they feel is infair.
