I asked to not have my tires rotated, it was done anyways and when the hub covers we're reinstalled they were put on wrong and I lost one. Lucky a guy from work was driving behind me and he saw it, stopped and picked it up. When I stopped I checked the rest and all of them were put on wrong!

She kept me updated on progress and most of all was upbeat and was a good listener. When I explained how hard it was to get a service appointment she listened. Great person not just service advisor.

My service man was phenomenal and did his best to help out. I was misinformed of the diagnostic fee. Then the “manager” proceeded to try to argue the fact that I do indeed have a power train warranty regardless of the car coming from canada
