Overall I was very dissatisfied. First, I had a 730am appt. So we dropped it off the night before. I called at 1pm and they had no info and would call me right back. After an hour with no call bsck I called back and they could not find the car. I dropped it off at the Mazda service dept, not Ford. There were 3 people at mazda when I dropped it off and nobody said anything. I asked how i would know to drop it off at Ford and not mazda she said "I'm not sure." Second, one issue I brought it in for was an inoperable middle brake light. They found it was only unplugged, but still charged me $130. Lastly, the finish on all 4 wheels is peaking. The car only has 32,000 miles. I was told there was nothing that the dealer would do. I cant imagine this is normal. She told me I'd have to take all 4 wheels to a body shop to be repainted. I'm a little upset that I have a nearly $30,000 car with just over 32,000 miles and I have to bear the cost to repaint obviously flawed wheels. I was told to direct my complaints to the service manager which I will do tomorrow.

Christopher was beautiful. He was charming he was efficient and he has restored my faith in auto dealerships and auto services. I haven’t found a good dealer in far too long. Christopher deserves a medal. My grandsons had an experience with Justin today also. He too was great. We will continue to always buy and have car servicing with you and you only.
