Representatives were very courteous and responsive. The issue we had involved recall work that was done. Upon return of our vehicle to us, it had a new, very distracting chatter from steering wheel area. Subsequently we had to make another round trip from home an hour away to get this remedied. We were told that a bolt had not been properly torqued when the vehicle was reassembled after the recall work. Obviously this was noth concerning and very inconvenient.

Bryan was exceptional. He took great steps to help me with a very unexpected problem at the most inconvenient time. He got my problem resolved and I am back on schedule. Great job. He was also friendly and professional when I came in for a recall and oil change not long ago. Thank You Bryan.

Kelsi is a great service writer and takes the time needed to hear my complaints and makes sure I am taken care of. You really have a great person. Your service department is a lot better than it use to be. Great improvements...oh and put the window back where it was so we can see our vehicles being worked on

Chris was so very helpful. Last time I asked for a shuttle and ended up walking to work. This time Chris drove me, we spoke about the issue with my car and he could hear the noise. I appreciate that level of service. Thank you Chris.

Stacie was very good at explaining the process. I dropped my vehicle off early and she said it would probably be done early. Sure enough, it was. I was very surprised. She also arranged a shuttle driver to pick me up and ensure I was being taken care of.
