I set up my appointment for 0930, When my wife called at 1:00 she was told that the truck just went back and the service rep would get right back to her. Service rep called at 1:30 and said The part needed to be ordered and truck would not be ready until following day. through discussions determined that we needed the truck that day and could not leave it overnight. Appreciate getting the truck done so we had it back, but Our problem is why have an appointment for 0930 if the truck doesn’t get looked at until 1:00?

Purchased the service plan when bought the car. This included replacing wiper blades yearly. At this service the wipers were not available and we have to bring the car back for that task. Otherwise, everything was just fine.
