Chris was awesome! He took very good care of my car and made sure I got coffee (super important ;)) and a ride to the mall. I'll certainly be bringing my car back to West Hills Ford.

Bryan and all the West Hills Ford staff were really friendly. Bryan guesstimated the earliest time the service of my F-150 would be completed. Based on that, I was able to arrive in time for a haircut appointment. Something to be said about that!

The only hiccup was not knowing where to go at the building. I was told by 3 different, friendly and helpful people that I could have just driven up to the garage door but I had to interact with THREE other people before I got to Bryan who did a great job helping me. Also I wasn’t told that there would be shuttle service so I had bugged a friend who followed me from Port Orchard and then brought me back to work. So my suggestion would be the person who called me could have told me these two items and/or the email I received could have mentioned them to make the entire experience great. Again Bryan was great and very personable and helpful and the work done was superb.
