Kelsi provides the best customer service I have ever had in your service department. She greeted me as soon as I pulled into the garage. She informed me I could get wiper blades needed badly), took care of paperwork and told me she would find me when car was ready. After servicing she explained that everything was good. She was very pleasant and professional! Kelsi walked me out to my car. I was thinking what a nice thing to do! I’m so glad you asked about the service. I’m happy to tell you!

Someone stole stuff out of the car and rifled through our belonging while it was being serviced. This is completely unsatisfactory. You need to fire the employee stealing things from cars and turn them into the authorities for prosecution. Ironic that you say that I “trust” you with my car. We know Rob Colon and he will be hearing about this. The missing items are a box of chocolates and a greeting card.

Big blotches of grease left all over the rear of my car and on the drivers side. Told one price over the phone and in person when I showed up and 2 hours later they told me it would be damm near twice as much. On top of that I was told it would take two hours and after 2 hours they had just started on it.a total waste of my time and gas!

cole excelled from the moment I drove in. He checked the system for any recalls and assured me that my car was good to go. He asked if I was staying while the the car was being serviced and after I told him I was - and had my kids with me - handed me a few extra complimentary drinks .. thank u ! I waited longer than expected but it was worth the wait. Thanks for ur professionalism and hope the next time I’m back - I get the same level of service !! Thanks cole !! Ur awesome !!

Brian Johnson was fantastic helping us check in with our automobile. He gave us a rough estimate on how long our car would be in and it was done sooner than he stated. He telephone and text keeping me advised of the progress of the repairs and it was very Speedy when we came in to pay our bill. Keep up the good work and will be in again when needed with our vehicles.
