I had an excellent experience. Having never been at this location before, I pulled into the service bay and stood there for several minutes while employees just walked past me. It was awkward and uncomfortable. If someone would have simply acknowledged me it would have been much, much less awkward.

I'm very picky regarding how maintenance is performed on my 2007 F-150. I explained this to Chris when I dropped off the truck. Chris said he would put one of his best mechanics on my F-150. After picking up the truck, I gave it a look over and was extremely happy with the work performed. Kudos to the mechanic who completed all the work! In addition, Chris's attentiveness and professionalism is greatly appreciated! He carefully listened to my request of maintenance to be performed and ensured all work was completed. Thanks for all the great work!
