Kelsi was very personable. Given the unusual circumstances with my having just purchased my Ranger a few weeks ago, she was willing to contact the Chevy dealer to explain the problem with my heater. I look forward to hearing from her once she receives a callback from them. I appreciate the courtesy.

Brenda Dunn was very courteous and competent. She was friendly when I met her as well as helpful. She made the process of getting my car serviced very easy. She explained things clearly and had someone take me to rent a car. Brenda called me with the information on what needed to be done to fix my car and the estimate of the cost to do the work. I understood everything and Brenda always asked if I had any questions. When I came to return the rental car I could not find their location so I went to Brenda and she had someone drive ahead of me so I could find it. The checkout went smoothly and Brenda gave me a coupon to get a latte while she got all the paperwork together. It was a pleasant experience to work with Brenda. I know she was busy but she gave me her undivided attention. Thank you!

An oil change took 4 hours. Check engine light is still on, issue not resolved. Arrived with 4 hub caps, left with 3. Somehow the technician lost one. Not happy.

Truck still has a water leak after two different service visits and you having the truck for over 2 weeks. Now you are waiting for Ford to get back with additional things to try, Cole has been great trying to get it fixed.

I was advised to return to the dealer because of a frayed serpentine belt and i was surprised because it had only been 2 months since i had it replaced. The service advisor checked with the technician and i was told it must have been a bad belt they put on and it was frayed. I made an appointment and dropped off my vehicle and i was told when i called for a status that there was nothing wrong with the belt. It makes it hard to believe your multi-point when they say to fix something and there is nothing wrong with it.

Christoph exceeded my expectations for stellar customer service, so much so that he restored my confidence in coming to West Hills after the unpleasant experience I had with the sales team earlier this year when I purchased my leased 2016 Escape. I will now remain a loyal customer due in no small part to Mr. Waggoner. He’s a keeper!

Maintenance plan purchased with the vehicle was not on file with the service department. Was advised that I should find the contract and present it on my next appointment. That really is not what I expect as good quality service.
