Colin did a great job, retail car was great, but job was not. My radio was disconnected during the repair and was not reconnecting properly. Now I will need to return again to have this issue fixed.

Took 1 1/2 hours longer than promised and no inspection was performed on my car. Colin said about the long time and lack of inspection, “Sorry, they hung me out to dry with the Christmas party getting going”. Huh?? No offer to do it before I left, at a later time, or compensate me in some way for the frustration and lack of a complete job. First visit to your service department and, to be honest, I am pretty surprised and disappointed.

I know you wont make right!! This ie my 3rd ****!! Management doesn't even try to blow smoke..they just dont responsend..good thing you only local ford dealer ..we also own a Toyota with all maintenance done there...night n day!!

Kelsi is a keeper. Much better service with Ford than jeep. Took me 8 trips to get my nissisn fixed. Not happy with keep service on a new purchased vech.

I am extremely dissatisfied with how my service was handled. This includes all involved not just Kris. Neither of my Ford vehicles will be brought to your dealer ship for servicing. When my wife replaces her SUV a Ford product will be considered. West Hills has left a lasting negative impression. Douglas C. Reimers
