Chris was great. He obviously was very busy with the day's calendar, but had the time for courtesy and to get my car into service promptly. This was the case of a new car with a defect easily corrected by a new battery. As this was not routine maintenance, such as an oil change, Chris correctly assessed that the dealership would want this issue corrected immediately, and he got the job done. It was often difficult to receive updates on the status of my repairs (done, not done, progress). Car - alignment completed. Still slightly out of line. Truck - bought new at the end of Sept; radiator fluid leak. Once I received an appt, it took an entire week to repair.
