I brought the car in to replace an air bag. It was in by 11:00. They said it would take an hour. We came back at 3:00 and they couldn't find the key, the work order and they didn't know whether the work had been done. It wasn't and it took them 20 minutes to do it. Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced.

I can’t believe that the services that are listed in my invoice where actually completed. I was to have Digishield and Permaplate applied to my CX5. I can see the Digishield. But I find it hard to believe that with the interior not having been vacuumed that the Permaplate was installed. Also, I can understand that the areas only where the DS was applied to the exterior was cleaned. But I am not impressed with the grease or whatever is in areas like the door handles. The windows have been wiped with something and are foggy and hard to see out. I called TJ my sales person to ask about the application of the products as when we were buying it , he told us he used to apply it. It was TJ that actually sold us on getting the Permaplate to protect our investment. TJ recommended I bring it in to him to look at Friday when he is back working. I will, but this is highly inconvenient as I will also have my Tundra in for some work on Friday. I guess I am just disappointed that this is the way we start our relationship with your service department. The buying process was great. TJ was great. Loren was great and stated that after we signed is when the customer service really starts with your dealership, not sure I am believing that today. Thanks for your time.

Kelsi did an awesome job keeping me well informed of progress of my truck during service. Kelsi also researched all my different extended warranties to make sure parts were covered! Kelsi is very knowledgeable, approachable and friendly to work with!
