Once again Chris went above and beyond and was able to turn a bad experience into a good one. He helped solve my problem in a day with no appointment. He even noticed i had not put my new plates on and went ahead and did it for me. Great customer service. Thank you Chris!

I would recommend one thing I noticed this for all the customers waiting for service today, if the time is going to be longer then originally quoted the service advisor should out to the customer and advise the time is going to be a little longer then expected. Just a suggestion for a good customer service experience and customers would understand instead of just waiting or having to go ask themselves.

Had to move my appt from 12/14 to 12/21 because Chris, asst manager said the work would take half day. I brought in the truck at 9 am, did not get it back until 345 pm for a replacement door lock, manual, and install for a trlr brake. Each item should have only taken 1 hour each if that. Very disappointing.wonder how many hours it's going to take for an oil change.
