Cole has been great and is the single reason I will consider your dealership for continued service of my vehicle and the next time I am looking for a new car or truck. I should not have to tolerate a delay in service because your staff failed to complete proper paperwork at the time I purchased the truck to ensure seamless warranty coverage that was part of the sales agreement. Bottom line Cole gets an A, West Hills a F. Promote the guy. He will raise the bar for your organization.

I am so happy with the service I got from Christopher today it's the best experience I've ever had at any car place he went above and beyond any expectations he was interested in what I had to say and was happy to answer any questions I drove out of there today in my 2017 Mazda 3 with the hugest smile on my face! My service coordinator was fantastic. Brenda was super busy and managing her priorities well. My complaint is with the actual service completed. Or not completed. Both times Ive brought my truck in and asked for tire rotations and both times, it hasnt happened. Also, how did the tech inspect and note my brake pad thickness without removing the wheels? I paid for a maintenance plan, but I will be doing my own service from now on.

Colin did a fantastic job coordinating a totally awesome job servicing our 2015 Edge even with the warranty date looming close. You have an excellent service employee in Colin Arper.
