Very happy that a way was found to get my son and I home. Though I “pre-cleared” shuttle dropoff with the Service area when making my appointment (they had my address) I was told at the time of service that my address was outside the shuttle range. So a lot attendant (Mike) was dispatched and took us back, for which I was grateful as I had errands to attend to back home. Mike also was very pleasant.

Took way too long, even longer than 1.5 hours I was quoted, which seems way longer than needed for oil change.
