West Hills Ford Auto Repair Service

Ronnie and Victoria were great, very professional, and they did a great job. They are by far NOT the reason I am unhappy with the service. I came in to have my wiper motor replaced, because it’s under warranty and it has been failing every time I use them. I commute from Belfair to Poulsbo at a minimum of 5 days a week. Do you know what will happen if my driver side wiper fails in a rainstorm? Do you know that it rains the majority of the year here? When we made the appointment we were told that it would take about an hr to do. When I arrived they said they were backed up and it would be most of the day. When I said that I was told an hr and didn’t have transportation. They decided they would just replace the wiper blades claiming that to be the problem, and of course since then it hasn’t rained for me to test their theory and it still took them an hr to swap out 2 wiper blade which I think is ridiculous when someone from Napa can do it in less then 5 minutes. You should probably consider managing your work load better because every time I have been in it’s always “backed up” and make take longer than quoted. If I end up back in for the motor to be replaced, I would hope that you will provide me with a rental car because I already took one day off and I won’t be doing that again.

Cole is pleasant to work with and always answers additional questions I have. He is upfront with costs for maintenance and clearly communicates what needs to be done. His consistency and good customer service are some of the reasons why I continue to come back to the dealership even after my service warranty has expired.

Thus far, I am pleased with my vehicle gear shift repair. I now can put it in and take it out of gears without it being locked and unable to switch from one shift level to another i.e. from drive gear to reverse gear for example. For this, I took it in to the Ford Dealership for their professional analysis and repair. Cole Thompson facilitated the overall intake, analysis, treatment, and, repair of my Ford F-350 Heavy Duty Truck. His professional consistency and follow through until the truck was repaired is noteworthy. Respectfully, John J

Chris was fantastic. He made me feel welcome from the moment I walked through the door. When the car’s engine light turned on on the way home, Chris made sure that I could come back later that day to have it checked out. Great friendly and complete service.

Was just an oil change and inspection, but info about future concerns was helpful.
