My rear brake rotors were degreased not machine and now I’m experiencing more than usual brake grown while pads are seating in to rotors. I had one of the shops mechanics evaluate the issue with me and we both spoke with Kelsi about it. If the brakes pads do not seat in the next couple of days I will contact Kelsi as I was directed. Other than that West Hills Fords staff and care for me and my vehicles is top notch!!

Here is the thing; Brenda's service was great. HOWEVER I was EXTREMEMLY FRUSTRATED that I was not able to get a better loaner or a rental. I was told WEST HILLS would only pay for 4 days on a rental then I would be responsible. When I questioned this I was told the same thing. I knew the warranty repair would be more than 4 days. I argued about the rental and then I ended up with the POS Mazda.I called multiple times requesting either a bigger loaner or a same size rental. Was told NO! and that FORD dealer only has ONE loaner and that was the MAZDA that I had. I find it extremely hard to believe that a big dealer like West Hills only has one loaner. It was almost like "How dare you ask that Ford fix a warranty problem AND request a rental" I have a fused neck and fused ankle getting in and out of that POS Mazda was a nightmare. Then having a faulty left windshield wiper and a tire that went low was another slap. If I ever have to get warranty work done again I expect West Hills to either rent an equal sized vehicle or supply a loaner that is the same size as my Escape. It took almost TWO WEEKS to get the work done. I was in pain the whole f___ing time due to having to squeeze in and out of the Mazda. I know one thing now I will NEVER buy a Mazda and am getting to the place of never buying a Ford again.

Ronnie did amazing, I was very frusterated to be charged for some diagnostics on a used truck thatd id had a week and a half. Ronnie stayed calm and was extremely helpful though my hard questions and frusteration. He absolutely made my time there easier and more enjoyable

I was skeptical about brining it back due to the poor service I had getting work done in September. It took a few minutes to get an agent as they were all busy. When I did he was polite and courteous as we discussed what was going to be done. I asked about the time frame and he gave me a time to come back as I was providing my own transportation. When I got back he went over the inspection sheet and made sure I was aware of any discrepancies that were found. Then offered water and took me to where my truck was sitting. The truck was done in time and I had no problems.

Christopher is the BEST. He explained what they were doing with my car, and how long it would take. He was apologetic when it took a little longer than thought. He is very courteous and caring with everyone he deals with. Christoph deserves a promotion and a nice raise. I will come here again and tell my friends about about the service at Westhills Mazda. Thank you for having a friendly service department.

I was not notified when parts in my vehicle needed to be replaced. You did not call me to inform me of your concerns, nor was I aware of how much this would cost. I was told by an employee that the woman who checked me in told the mechanic just to go ahead and do whatever needed to be done. No matter what she said, I should have been given the courtesy of a call. How do you know I can afford all of the things that “needed” to be replaced? This is UNACCEPTABLE. Now I ask you, what are you going to do to fix this problem?

There was a major lack of communication between the manager and Brenda. Also, Brenda on multiple occasions was wrong and had to call me back each time to correct herself which was very frustrating. I recommend finding someone who knows what they’re talking about before opening their mouth. Also, instead of just giving people a credit for their money that was wrongly charged, they should be refunded. After being charged for diagnostic fees that I wasn’t supposed to pay I was told I’d only be getting a credit. The reason I was charged was because Brenda did not call the warranty company and didn’t inform anyone else to which left me with the bill when it was supposed to be covered. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership or their service center to anyone even if my life depended on it. Worst service I’ve ever had. Also, they need to answer their phones more promptly or at least return calls like they say they will.
