Jesse has great customer service and kept me informed along the way as my car was being serviced. I appreciated his positivity. He was able to be honest about what was going on with the car, and it really helped to inform us of the issue and he was able to come up with a plan if the same issue came up in the future.

Had to argue that a "set" of replacement wipers includes both front and back. Didn't have this problem on previous visits, and his peer also told him he was wrong. I finally won the rear replacement but installed it myself since after 2 hours + for just a scheduled oil change I was out of tine to wait any longer.
