I’m very happy with the extra steps for diagnosis and the price was less than quoted. You guys gained two new customers. We’re a Ford family anyway but very happy we found good service out here on the peninsula. Our service writer did an outstanding job. Her name escapes me as I type this. Anyway she is awesome. I had three recalls on my truck and it wasn’t explained to me fully why all three hadn’t beeen fixed. I had to ask about each one individually to learn if it was completed or not. I can’t understand why it wasn’t explained better to start with. I don’t need to be contacted either, a maintenance action should be explained for each area worked on or not explaining what was done or why it wasn’t!!

Chris was great I stoped in to have our 2018 CX5 scaned for codes which we had an eng light on. He recomended we leave the car. To my suprize our sales person Kyle was there and it was going to be awhile befor I could get a ride home so he jumped right in and volunteered to give me a rid home. That was above and beyond. It was the best service I have ever experienced. I am thankful you guys rock. Thanks Dave Schroedle

My last experience with your service department was not a good one. They had my truck for over a month and ever week it was something else, finally settling on a complete engine replacement. I was not excited about taking my truck back. But Colin was amazing, very friendly, knowledgeable, prompt with returning calls and keeping me updated. Not to mention the work was completed two days ahead of schedule. This experience has completely changed my opinion of your service dept. I feel Colin and your techs deserve a raise and please pass along my thanks to Colin and the tech. Thank you
