I had no issues with the service itself or my time there, but when I came out to my vehicle, it was parked all the way up against the yellow steel pole at the front of the parking spot. Luckily it was up against my license plate so there was no damage to my vehicle, but I found that to be very unprofessional and makes me wonder about how much care was put into my vehicle.

Cameron was absolutely awesome but issues I had listed since sale of vehicle were not addressed. The remote locking mechanism on the key does not work for all doors. This is an issue listed since time of sale and was not addressed. For months and months I have stated this is an issue. Again it was noted at time of sale, and I mentioned it at least 3 separate times while scheduling this first appointment. And still, the remote locking/unlocking mechanism does not work. I was told I needed to speak with sales to resolve it. That is neat, especially since I have called the sales rep several times with no response. I didn’t have the time today to go try to convince sales to tell service to do it for free as I had conference calls scheduled during the service and need to work during the workday. Cameron was great. Very good actually. As for West Hills overall I am a bit on the fence.

Our vehicle was in your shop for nearly three weeks when the work took merely a day to complete. We were hassled about our warranty and had a very unpleasant experience. On day one, after being told the service would take 4-5 hours, we declined a loaner car and was never offered one again, even after we arrived in person almost two weeks later to check on the progress. It was only until both myself and husband called Ford Corporation was our warranty work approved. This was after we found out by Ford Corporation that our warranty work was coded incorrectly. Our experience was unpleasant and we lost confidence in Wesr Hills and Ford.

I was told the radiator flush was $189.00. And my truck has a small radiator for extra pulling power and you charged me $189.00 for both. I can assure you I will never come back. I feel my clock was cleaned and will tell everyone I know to never go to West hills ford. The total bill was over four hundred dollars for a 189.00 dollar job. Your company is dishonest and not trustworthy. You will never see me again.

Shawn Barrera was awesome! He answered my questions and made sure that I was getting everything I wanted in my new truck. Magdy Boules worked with me and was able to get the payment I was looking for. Overall my experience was great. Their upgrade program was an awesome way to get into a new truck.
