Sorry this will be long- First off I was very happy with the service and how Cameron offered different services but didn’t push when I declined. Also that he was fourth coming that my 30k check up would be more which is nice to know for planning purposes. I want to also say how great the female working was (I didn’t catch her name) when dealing with a difficult customer. I deal with situations like that daily and she was simply trying to understand what the women wanted with the extended warranty and when the customer became abrasive and difficult she didn’t elevate to her level. I have been very reluctant to come to west hills because of what Toyota put my mom through when she got serviced and gave her the run around saying there was something always wrong with her car. I originally was going to buy my Mazda from west hill but the car salesmen pressured me trying to get me to go through them when I was already going to go through USAA I ended up walking out and buy from Tacoma Mazda the next day. Truly appreciate the service and how quick and easy it was. Thank you!

I was surprised by the work that was needed on my truck and Pam worked well with me and calm me down about what was going on so after a day or so being upset and Pam handled it well and I'm on my way to get him a truck repaired and everything's good you have a good employee in Pam thank you

I hate to say no to this question because Colin and the team were great overall. I had a tricky issue that took a long time to figure out. However, when I showed up my truck wouldn’t start again and I had to hang around for a long time. Luckily, they got it going though. When it was time to leave I saw that the bed of my truck was full of trash and the gear selector indicator on the new $1k instrument cluster was off center.

Kelsi and Mike were awesome in resolving a very frustrating situation (my entertainment system failing continuously in my brand new car). I’m grateful for their help in finding a resolution, especially as this was not a known problem before it presented with my car. Huge props to them both for their awesome service and communication. They converted me from a very frustrated/unhappy customer to an appreciative one.
