Pam was a wonderful help to me today. She greeted me when I arrived, answered all my questions and was very friendly. She made me feel at home by showing me where the seating areas were, along with the bathroom and the Cafe. She checked on me after an hour to let me know how things were going and offered me a second latte. (The man working in the Cafe was kind and creative by offering a suggestion for a type of coffee drink, which was delicious! Such a nice gesture to have for customers while they wait.) When my car was ready, Pam helped me complete paperwork and walked me to the exit. I was very pleased with my visit today. Thank you!

I was not fully happy with my service today. I reported that my brakes are squeaking again (I have previously reported this twice). The response I got was that my brakes should be fine and it’s totally normal for them to squeak and there’s not much he can do about it. That’s unacceptable, considering this was a maintenance appointment and I have had it fixed before (at this location). Additionally, he told me his new car which is a 2021 squeaks when he breaks...that has no bearing on my vehicle. I found it highly unprofessional to be told “sorry, nothing we can really do, that’s normal.” Uh, no. It’s not. I paid for a ten year warranty and when I report an issue I expect it, at the very least, to be looked at.

Cameron was very courteous and kept me updated with the status of my car. The mechanics did a great job with getting my car fixed and running. Cameron was very kind to send someone to pick me up and take me to the dealership so that I can drive my car back home. Everyone at the service center was very nice. I appreciate everyone's help and would like to say thank you. Keep up the great work!

Pamela went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure I stayed informed and on top of changes during maintenance. She ensure I was same day reserved for a rental and able to carry out my work as your mechanics took care of my vehicle. A 30/10 and five star platinum service. Please give this excellent professional a raise or promotion for her excellent work and performance!
