Jesse was wonderful. Friendly and polite. Made sure all my questions were answered.i wasn’t overly impressed with John oerller. He is abrupt and rude. Another customer, Brenda was helping him. That said he was pretty rude to him also. I mistakenly thought I had coverage for battery with all the packages we bought. I had replaced it at Firestone as my truck was dying. John pointed out how expensive the battery was . Then pointed out “ looks like they even stuck you for a donation. That was inappropriate. Then kept saying it wasn’t replaced with a motor craft (?) battery and they won’t cover it. After all that he said they don’t cover batteries. By the way he said it, it appeared he took delight in telling me that I couldn’t go anywhere else for my oil changes. Between our sales experience and service I really don’t want to deal with the Ford dealership.
