I believe that Ron must be new as he didn’t know answers to questions. Normally the vehicle is vacuumed out and was not done this time. I also asked for tire rotation and this too was not done but was checked as being done but was not. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions. Eric S

Twas an all day appointment. I stayed on site due to the nature of th vehicle problem. He kept me regularly apprised of the progress. He was polite. Went almost ‘ overboard’ in making sure everything I needed was offered, more than once. Committed to building a relationship. Well done.

Cole was great about communicating with me during the service, went out of his way to drive me to my rental car when the courtesy driver was delayed, and stayed late so I could pick up my vehicle after it was completed! A+++

Ronnie was absolutely amazing, very professional and ready to answer all my questions. He gave me ease of mind, knowing my vehicle was in the right place, being taken care of by the right people. The rental staff was also very efficient and as Ronnie, superb customer service! 5 stars!
